Can you list my property on other websites?
Yes, we can! We can list your property on booking.com and Agoda at the moment and have plans to expand to many other websites as well.
Putting your property on other sites gives it maximum exposure and booking potential.

My Hotel offers a full management service that includes:
1) Inspecting the property and giving advice on how best to prepare your property to attract the most guests possible
2) Creating a compelling online Airbnb profile for your property so potential guests can find you
3) Providing 24 hour guest communication and organising check in, check out and key exchange
4) Checking guest verification and ensuring that they will take great care of your home
5) Providing a turnover/cleaning service between guest stays
6) Restocking items such as toilet paper, soap and shampoo
How are you different from other property management companies?
We are the only short term property management company in Auckland with a proven Airbnb client base. We keep up to date with all Airbnb related information and events and are constantly striving to create a user friendly, efficient service. We can also put your property on up to two other powerful booking channels to increase occupancy.
Airbnb analytics show that most guests are booking stays between 3-6 nights, so by keeping our minimum bookings to two nights, we are ensuring maximum bookings and therefore maximum rental return for our clients.
We offer flexible use, so you don’t have to remove all personal items from your property and if you ever need to use the property for personal use just let us know as soon as possible and we can make it happen.
We are also happy to assist with preparing your property to list on Airbnb from managing full renovations to simple refurbishments.
